Convenient location, clean and comfortable. Yvette at the front desk was so sweet, giving us suggestions for restaurants and gave us the number for a courtesy ride service! This so appreciated! I have mobility issues and even though most downtown attractions are within .5 to .8, this totally free service in an electric vehicle was just what I needed! Every time we walked into the lobby, Yvette was smiling and welcoming us! So nice❤️

I liked the location - they had music playing in the evening near the park, there's also a large park down the road where kids can play, there's a Domino's next door and monitored parking nearby. You do have to pay for the parking but it's down around the corner - short walk. The room was very clean and comfortable stay for my husband, myself and our 4 year old daughter.

The staff was friendly The rooms were big nice and clean The parking wasn't that great But we did get handicap in the front But they had plenty parking in the back overall it was nice place not to mention we had an excellent breakfast freshly cooked breakfast and very close to the Riverwalk

We liked the proximity to our venue. We liked the history of the building. We liked the staff. They were very helpful.

The hotel is in the buildin g that served as the city jail for about 80 years (our room on the 4th floor actually had bars on the outside windows). I was out in front when two nighttime city walking tours went by. One of the people on the tour told me that the guide had said the building was haunted. The location is only about four blocks from the "Riverwalk" area which has many bars, restaurants and hotels as well as pontoon boat tours of the river.

What makes this place stand out is the staff - I had a minor accident - self-inflicted - while staying here and the hotel made sure that I got to my room as checked in on me regularly to make sure I was ok. When it came time for me to leave, they kindly looked after my bags until later in the day so I had some extra time to check out the city.

The hotel room was completely remodeled with brand new fixtures in the bathroom and it was very very clean. It was truly a very comfortable hotel and the bed was absolutely huge. A California king size bed!
